Tip: Add a bit more honey or butter to the sauce if you want to mellow the heat.

Making Your Sauce from Scratch
While store-bought mango habanero sauce is convenient, making your own is worth the effort. Homemade sauce highlights fresh mango, bright acid, and the floral heat of habanero peppers for a more vibrant glaze.
This style of sauce typically blends ripe mango, habanero peppers, a splash of vinegar or citrus, and a touch of sweetener and seasonings. If you have time, homemade will lift the dish to a new level.

3 Tips for the Best Oven Baked Wings
- Pat them dry thoroughly: Removing surface moisture is essential for crisp skin when baking.
- Use baking powder in the dry rub: A small amount of baking powder helps dry the skin and promotes a crunchier finish without adding flour.
- Bake on a wire rack: Placing wings on a wire rack over a baking sheet lets hot air circulate so the wings crisp evenly all around.
