Did you know there’s an important food holiday this weekend? It’s International Bacon Day on 8/30, and I’ll be celebrating all weekend. Bacon takes center stage on this week’s menu, but I’ve balanced the indulgence with some lighter dishes so you can enjoy the flavor without feeling overindulgent. Below is a selection of dinners to try this week—simple, delicious, and perfect for sharing.
