Angel food cake mix – use the “just add water” style mix, but do NOT add any water, eggs, oil, or other ingredients.

Lemon Cake Bars – Two Ingredient
Ingredients
- 22 ounces lemon pie filling
- 1 box angel food cake mix (the “just add water” type — do NOT add water, eggs, oil, or other ingredients)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spray a 13×9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl or in a stand mixer, combine the lemon pie filling and the angel food cake mix. Mix until smooth and lump-free.
- Pour the batter into the prepared dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake at 350°F for 28–35 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden and a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool, then dust with powdered sugar if desired. Cut into bars and serve.
