I chose the pineapple Aperol spritz because it’s light, refreshing, and ideal for summer gatherings. If you prefer the traditional version, try a classic Aperol spritz recipe for a more orange-forward profile.
What is Aperol?
Aperol is an Italian apéritif produced by Campari. It’s a bittersweet liqueur made with ingredients like gentian, rhubarb, and cinchona. When mixed with citrus and sparkling wine, Aperol yields a refreshing, slightly bitter orange spritz that pairs beautifully with fruity additions like pineapple.
